No — most customers aren’t home during their appointment. As long as we have access to the yard (unlocked gate, no blocking vehicles), our technician will complete the job and send you a completion notification when done.
Most residential lawns take 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the size, terrain, and complexity of edging needed. Larger properties or lots with many obstacles may take longer — your quote will reflect an accurate time estimate.
We monitor weather closely. If conditions make mowing unsafe or impractical, we’ll proactively reach out to reschedule at the earliest available time — typically within 1–2 days. You won’t be charged for weather-related reschedules.
Yes. Just include your preferred height in the service notes when booking. If you’re unsure, our technician will recommend the ideal height for your grass type and current season based on what they observe on arrival.
Clippings are blown off all hard surfaces as a standard part of every visit. For lawns, we typically mulch and return clippings (which benefits the lawn). Bagging and hauling clippings away is available as an add-on service.
