What We Paint

This package targets the high-visibility surfaces that most affect your home’s curb appeal โ€” professionally prepped, color-matched, and finished to last through seasons of sun, rain, and temperature swings.

Front Door Painting

Your front door is the single most noticed feature of your home’s exterior. We apply a fresh coat that adds color, warmth, and charm to your entryway โ€” making the right impression every time someone pulls up.

Includes: Light sanding, primer coat if needed, two finish coats, hardware protection, and clean edges on all frame details.

Garage Door Painting

Garage doors cover a major portion of your home’s front face. A faded or chipped garage door drags down the whole look. We deliver smooth, even, weather-resistant refinishing that ties your exterior together.

Includes: Panel-by-panel prep, bonding primer on bare metal or wood, two coats of UV-resistant paint, and trim edge work.

Exterior Trim Touch-Up

Window frames, door trim, and architectural accents define your home’s visual structure. We revive them with precision color-matching and detailed application โ€” giving everything a crisp, cohesive, polished look.

Includes: Caulk crack repair, primer touch-up on bare wood, color-matched paint to existing or new trim color, and sash protection.

Why Professional Painting Makes All the Difference

DIY painting looks fine in the moment. Six months later, you’re watching it peel from the door edge or chalk off the trim in patches. The difference isn’t just the paint โ€” it’s what happens before the first brush stroke ever touches the surface.

Every surface we paint is cleaned, sanded, primed, and repaired before finish coats go on. We use exterior-grade products rated for UV exposure, moisture cycling, and temperature swings. Clean edges, no drip lines, no bleed โ€” professional results that last.

  • Surface Prep Before Every Coat

Cleaning, degreasing, sanding, and caulk repair โ€” the prep is what makes the finish stick and last. We never skip it.

  • Bonding Primer on All Bare Surfaces

Primer creates adhesion between the surface and finish coat. Without it, even premium paint peels prematurely on bare wood or metal.

  • Weather-Resistant Exterior Formulas Only

Professional-grade exterior paints rated for sun, rain, and freeze/thaw cycles โ€” not whatever is on sale at the hardware store.

  • Color Matching to Your Existing Palette

We match to your current trim and siding colors exactly โ€” or help you choose a complementary new direction if you’re ready for a change.

  • 1-Year Labor Warranty on Every Job

If the finish fails within a year due to application, we come back and fix it โ€” no questions, no cost.

How a Painting Visit Works

From the first call to the final walkthrough โ€” a clean, professional process every time.

1

Quote & Color Consult

We assess your surfaces, note condition issues, and discuss color options. You get a clear, itemized quote showing every surface and every cost โ€” no vague estimates. We’ll flag anything that needs extra prep upfront so there are zero surprises on the day of service.

2

Surface Prep

Clean, sand, caulk, and prime. Every surface gets thorough preparation before a single coat of finish paint goes on. This is where the durability of the final result is actually built โ€” we take as long as the surface needs before moving on.

3

Finish Application

Two coats of weather-resistant exterior paint applied evenly, with clean-edge cutting on all trim lines. We protect surrounding surfaces and hardware before we start, and we don’t rush drying time between coats. No drips, no missed spots, no tape bleed.

4

Walkthrough & Your Approval

We walk every painted surface with you before closing out the job. Any on-the-spot touch-ups get handled immediately. The job is complete only when you’re fully satisfied โ€” we don’t pack up until everything looks exactly right.

Itโ€™s amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do.

This package brings life, color, and charm back to your home’s most important features โ€” leaving a polished look that turns heads and lasts season after season.

How Pricing Works

Every surface is different. Every quote is built around your specific home โ€” not a flat rate that over- or under-charges you. Here’s exactly what shapes your number.

What Goes Into Your Quote

Four things determine what exterior painting costs โ€” all of them shown transparently in your estimate.

  • 1

    Number of Surfaces

Each door, garage panel section, and trim run is priced individually. You see exactly what you’re paying per surface and decide what fits your priorities.

  • 2

    Current Surface Condition

A door in good condition takes less prep than one with heavy peeling, bare wood exposure, or underlying issues. We assess condition during quoting โ€” no guessing later.

  • 3

    Color Change vs. Same-Color Refresh

Significant color changes sometimes require additional primer coats. We flag this upfront and include it if needed โ€” no mid-job surprises.

  • 4

    Add-Ons & Specialty Finishes

Shutters, railings, fencing, or specialty finishes are quoted separately and bundled at a discount when added to the core package.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you should know before your exterior painting visit.

How long does the paint last?

With proper prep and our exterior-grade formulas, front doors and trim typically hold up 4โ€“7 years before needing a refresh. Garage doors in direct sun exposure may need attention closer to 3โ€“5 years. Our 1-year labor warranty covers any adhesion failures in that first year โ€” after that, longevity depends on sun exposure, climate, and surface maintenance.

Can I pick any color, or are there limitations?

Any color โ€” full stop. We can match any existing color on your home or work from a new swatch entirely. If you’re part of an HOA with color restrictions, just let us know your approved palette during the quote. For dramatic color changes, we’ll note if an additional primer coat is needed and include that in the estimate.

Do I need to do any prep before you arrive?

Very little. Clear any items close to the surfaces being painted (doormats, planters, decorations). Make sure the surfaces are dry โ€” we won’t paint in the rain or on wet surfaces. We handle all sanding, cleaning, taping, and priming as part of the service.

How long does a typical visit take?

A front door refinish typically takes 3โ€“4 hours including prep and drying time between coats. A full package with garage door and trim can run 5โ€“8 hours depending on condition and number of surfaces. We’ll give you a time estimate in your quote and keep you updated throughout the visit.

Is this the same as a full exterior repaint?

No โ€” this package targets accent surfaces: doors, garage panels, and trim. It doesn’t cover siding, stucco, brick, or large wall surfaces. If you need a full exterior repaint, that’s a separate service we offer. Many homeowners do this package after a siding cleaning to make the whole exterior look refreshed without the cost of a full repaint.

What happens if there’s underlying rot or damage?

If we find rot or structural damage during prep, we’ll stop and let you know before proceeding. Painting over rot doesn’t fix it โ€” it just delays the problem. We can recommend our exterior repair services to address the issue first, or quote the repair and painting as a combined job. We never paint over damage we can see.
