Pressure Washing
High-pressure water used to blast away heavy buildup from surfaces that can handle the force — typically 1,500 to 4,000 PSI depending on the material.

- Effective on concrete, brick, and stone foundations
- Great for exposed block or poured concrete base walls
- Not suitable for vinyl, painted wood, or stucco
- Can force water behind siding panels if misapplied
Best for: Brick exteriors, concrete block foundations, heavily soiled masonry, pre-paint prep on hard surfaces.
Most Common for House Washing
Soft Washing
Low-pressure water combined with biodegradable cleaning solution. The chemistry does the work — not the pressure. Typically applied at under 100 PSI.
- Safe for vinyl, fiber cement, stucco, and painted wood
