- Check where your current fan vents to if you have one. Pop your head in the attic after a shower — if you see condensation or feel warm humid air, your fan may be venting into the attic rather than outside. This needs to be corrected during the replacement.
- Measure your bathroom’s square footage if you can — length times width. This helps us confirm the right CFM rating for your replacement fan before we arrive, so we don’t have to make a second trip for parts.
