Becoming a NorTech Services member means priority access, exclusive perks, and guaranteed satisfaction with every service. We are committed to providing reliable home and automotive solutions that make life easier.
01Membership Tiers & Pricing
NorTech Services offers four (4) tiers: Free, Basic, Premium, and VIP. Paid tiers are available monthly or annually.
Current pricing is displayed on the Membership Plans page. Annual plans are billed in full upfront and represent approximately two (2) months of savings over monthly billing.
02Billing & Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges (monthly or annually) until cancellation. Failed payments may result in benefit suspension. Members who fail to reinstate within 60 days may be required to reapply at current pricing.
03Inspection Scheduling -- Unlimited Access for Active Members
- Members who pay in full can schedule inspections across service categories without waiting periods.
- Account must remain active -- any lapse may require reinstatement before booking.
- Additional diagnostic work or specialized evaluations may incur extra fees.
- Active members enjoy priority scheduling.
04Free Service Eligibility
Members who pay in full upfront receive instant access to complimentary services:
- Basic: Free exterior window cleaning
- Premium: Free exterior window cleaning & siding washing
- VIP: Free exterior window, siding, & driveway washing
Month-to-month members must maintain active membership for 6 consecutive months before eligibility. One free service at a time; a 2-month waiting period applies between claims. Free services are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire annually.

Note: Discounts do not apply to construction, remodeling, and renovation services.
06Priority Scheduling
- Members receive priority over non-members for all scheduling requests.
- Emergency assistance depends on demand and availability.
07Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty
Every NorTech service includes a 90-Day Standard Labor Warranty at no additional charge. Extended coverage is available as an optional add-on: 1-Year Extended Warranty ($50) or 2-Year Premium Warranty ($95), selected at the time of quoting. Warranty coverage applies to labor performed during the service visit. Parts warranty is governed by the applicable manufacturer terms.
NorTech stands behind the quality of every job with our Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not fully satisfied with the workmanship, you must notify NorTech within 72 calendar hours of service completion to request a complimentary follow-up or rework. Requests submitted after this window may not qualify. Third-party repairs or unauthorized modifications to completed work may void warranty benefits.
08Points & Referral Program
All members -- including Free tier -- participate in Points & Referrals. Paid tiers earn at higher multipliers. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire after 24 months of account inactivity. Referral bonuses are awarded only when the referred individual completes their first paid service. Self-referrals are not permitted.
09Membership Activation & Compliance
- Account must remain active to access benefits.
- Payment failure may result in suspension until reinstated.
- Members who do not reinstate within 60 days may need to reapply at current pricing.
10Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime via your Member Portal. Benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at NorTech's sole discretion.
11Membership Transferability
- Memberships are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
- Benefits do not transfer automatically if a covered home or vehicle is sold.
- Special transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
12Emergency Services & Urgent Repairs
- Emergency assistance may incur extra fees depending on service type and urgency.
- Urgent repairs outside scheduled inspections depend on technician availability.
13Modifications & Updates
NorTech Services may update benefits, pricing, or terms to continuously improve services. Members receive advance notice via email or online announcements. Continued use of membership after updates constitutes acceptance.
14Eligibility & General Terms
- Membership available to individuals 18+ within NorTech\'s service area.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- NorTech\'s liability shall not exceed total membership fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which NorTech Services operates.
By enrolling in a NorTech Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms; that you agree to abide by the policies governing service access, cancellations, and coverage; and that your membership privileges will be subject to the active terms at the time of use.
