We seal off the work area with plastic sheeting to contain dust, lay protective covering on floors in transit areas, and use HEPA-filtered equipment where needed. The goal is to confine the demolition zone and leave the rest of your home undisturbed.

Yes. All debris — drywall, lumber, tile, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures — is hauled away same day as part of every interior demolition job. We sort recyclable materials before disposal.

We assess wall type as part of the quoting process. Load-bearing wall removal requires structural support during demolition and is handled differently than non-load-bearing walls. We’ll flag this clearly in your quote if it applies.
