About NorTech Warranties: Labor warranties apply to repairs, installations, and project-based jobs — things like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance work, painting, flooring, handyman tasks, and similar services.

They do not apply to lawn care, recurring maintenance, interior or exterior cleaning services, as these services are non-warrantable by nature since results depend on ongoing upkeep.

For larger scoped jobs (for example, painting a full home interior or installing flooring throughout), NorTech may include a longer complimentary warranty at no extra charge — coverage varies by job type. Your NorTech advisor will confirm the exact warranty terms when your quote is prepared.

90-Day Standard Warranty Included Free

All labor and workmanship is covered for 90 days from service date at no charge. Applies to repairs, installations, and small to mid-size jobs. Note: larger scoped jobs (e.g. full interior painting, full flooring installation) may qualify for a longer complimentary warranty — your NorTech advisor will confirm the applicable coverage when your quote is sent.

This warranty applies to repairs, small jobs, and installations only. It does not apply to lawn care, recurring maintenance, interior/exterior cleaning, as these are non-warrantable by nature. Does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or third-party parts not supplied by NorTech.

1-Year Extended Warranty $50.00

Full labor coverage for 1 year from service date. Best suited for mid-size repairs, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and installation projects where long-term peace of mind is a priority. One-time add-on fee of $50, collected at job completion.

Applies to eligible repair, installation, and project-based services only. Does not apply to lawn care, recurring maintenance, cleaning services, Does not cover misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or third-party parts not supplied by NorTech. Transferable to new homeowner with written notice.

2-Year Premium Warranty $95.00

Maximum protection — 2 full years of labor coverage from service date. Ideal for large-scope projects such as full room or whole-home painting, flooring, cabinetry, roofing, and major system installs. Note: for qualifying large jobs (e.g. full interior painting), NorTech may include an equivalent warranty at no charge — your advisor will clarify during the quoting process. One-time add-on fee of $95, collected at job completion.
