Whatโ€™s Included in Your Restoration

Three professional services that work as a system โ€” clean first, repair next, protect last. Each step builds on the one before it.

Deep Pressure Washing

Commercial-grade pressure washing strips away ground-in grime, grease, oil stains, mildew, and discoloration that household equipment can’t touch. The result is a clean, bright surface that instantly lifts your entire property’s appearance.

Includes: Full surface wash at the correct PSI for your material, targeted degreasing of oil spots, rinse and debris clearance from all surrounding areas.

Precision Crack Repair

Cracks seal and stabilize before they spread, before weeds take root, and before freeze-thaw cycles turn a hairline fracture into a structural failure. We address every crack with the right material for the surface type and damage level.

Includes: Crack cleaning and routing, flexible filler application, surface leveling, and cure time verification before the job is signed off.

Professional Resurfacing

For areas that are worn, pitted, spalling, or dull, we apply a fresh, uniform finish that restores smoothness and durability โ€” without the cost or disruption of full replacement. The surface looks new because the top layer is new.

Includes: Surface preparation, material application matched to your existing finish, edge blending, and cure monitoring for a seamless result.

If You See Any of These โ€” Donโ€™t Wait

These are the warning signs that your driveway or sidewalk is headed toward costlier damage. The sooner we address them, the cheaper the fix.

Cracks Growing Wider

A hairline crack that was small last season and is now visibly wider means water is getting in โ€” freeze-thaw cycles will accelerate the damage every winter.

Weeds Growing From Cracks

If plants are rooting in your cracks, the damage is deep enough for roots to establish โ€” pressure alone won’t fix this. The crack needs to be sealed from below.

Spalling or Pitting Surface

Flaking, popping, or pitting concrete means the top layer is delaminating โ€” usually from water intrusion, salting, or aging. Resurfacing now prevents full slab failure.

Oil Stains or Dark Patches

Oil doesn’t just look bad โ€” it breaks down concrete and asphalt binder over time, weakening the surface and making it more susceptible to cracking and crumbling.

Uneven or Raised Sections

Raised edges, heaved panels, or sunken sections are trip hazards and liability risks โ€” especially on sidewalks. They also indicate foundation or drainage issues underneath.

Faded, Dull, or Blotchy Color

Major discoloration or blotching often means the protective seal layer has worn off completely, leaving the surface fully exposed to UV damage, stains, and moisture.

How Bad Is It? Know Your Damage Level

Not every driveway problem requires the same fix. Here’s how we assess damage severity โ€” and what the right response looks like at each stage.

Level 1 โ€” Minor

Surface discoloration, light staining, or hairline cracks under ยผ inch. Structure is fully sound. Primarily cosmetic.

โ†’ Pressure wash + seal

Level 2 โ€” Moderate

Visible cracks ยผโ€“ยฝ inch wide, oil staining, weed intrusion, or early-stage surface pitting. Needs prompt attention.

โ†’ Crack repair + resurface

Level 3 โ€” Significant

Wide cracks over ยฝ inch, spalling surface layer, multiple damaged sections, or raised/sunken panels. Structural risk present.

โ†’ Full restoration package

Level 4 โ€” Severe

Crumbling or collapsed sections, massive heaving, deep subsurface damage. Restoration may not be viable โ€” we’ll tell you honestly.

Every Surface Has a Different Restoration Approach

We work across all common residential hardscape materials โ€” each with specific techniques, products, and pressure settings dialed in for the best result.

Concrete Driveways

The most common residential surface โ€” and the most vulnerable to cracking, spalling, and oil damage. We adjust PSI carefully to avoid surface etching while achieving a deep clean, then repair and reseal as needed.

Pressure Wash

Crack Fill

Resurface

Seal Coat

Asphalt Driveways

Asphalt degrades from UV exposure, oxidation, and oil penetration โ€” turning from flexible black to brittle gray. We clean, fill cracks with flexible filler that moves with the surface, and apply sealcoat to restore protection and appearance.

Low-Pressure Wash

Crack Fill

Sealcoating

Sidewalks & Walkways

Public-facing and high-foot-traffic โ€” sidewalks are also a liability. Raised slabs, deep cracks, and trip hazards are safety and legal concerns. We grind raised edges, fill cracks, and restore a level, clean surface throughout.

Pressure Wash

Edge Grinding

Crack Fill

Anti-Slip Coat

Patios & Pool Decks

Outdoor living surfaces need both appearance and safety โ€” especially pool decks where wet slip hazards are constant. We use low-pressure soft wash to avoid etching pavers or stone, clean grout lines, and apply non-slip coatings where needed.

Should You Repair or Replace?

The most common question we get. Here’s the honest answer โ€” restoration handles the vast majority of damage situations at a fraction of the cost.

Full Replacement
  • Costs 5โ€“10ร— more than professional restoration
  • Takes multiple days and disrupts property access
  • Requires permits in many municipalities
  • New concrete still needs sealing and maintenance
  • Necessary when subsurface failure is present
  • Best for Level 4 severe structural damage

Only truly necessary when underlying base or subsurface has failed completely โ€” which we can assess before recommending.

Recommended for Most Driveways
Professional Restoration
  • Costs a fraction of full replacement
  • Completed in a single visit in most cases
  • No permits, no extended driveway closure
  • Results look new โ€” neighbors won’t know the difference
  • Extends surface life by 5โ€“10+ years
  • Covered by our 1-Year Labor Warranty

The right answer for 80โ€“90% of homeowners with cracked, stained, or worn surfaces โ€” as long as the subsurface is still structurally sound.

Optional Add-Ons to Protect Your Investment

Bundle any of these with your restoration at a discount โ€” scheduled in the same visit so you get maximum results with minimal disruption.

Concrete Sealing

Lock in your results with a clear, penetrating sealant that blocks moisture, resists stains, and slows UV fading. The single best way to protect your restored surface and extend the time between future services.

Anti-Slip Coating

A textured, slip-resistant finish for pool decks, steep driveways, or any high-traffic area that gets wet. Especially important for sidewalks and entry walkways where liability and safety are a concern.

Ideal For

This package works for a wide range of homeowners and situations. Here’s who gets the most out of it.

Aging or Stained Concrete

If your driveway hasn’t been serviced in years and shows it, this package brings it back without the cost of replacement. Most surfaces respond dramatically to a single visit.

Post-Winter Seasonal Cleanup

Freeze-thaw cycles, road salt, and snow plow scrapes do serious damage over a single winter. A spring restoration visit reverses the season’s wear before it compounds further.

Pre-Listing Curb Appeal Boost

The driveway is the first thing buyers see. A clean, crack-free, freshly sealed driveway signals a well-maintained home and can meaningfully affect perceived value and first impressions at showings.

Safety & Liability Improvements

Raised sidewalk edges, deep cracks, and slippery surfaces are trip hazards and potential liability issues. Getting these addressed protects your family, guests, and in some areas โ€” keeps you compliant with local ordinances.

Donโ€™t Just Patch It โ€” Restore It.

This is the finishing touch that ties your entire exterior together. When guests pull in โ€” or you walk out the front door โ€” you’ll notice the difference immediately. Smooth. Clean. Safe. Like new.

How a Restoration Visit Works

A structured, sequenced process โ€” because the order of operations matters when you’re restoring a surface from the ground up.

1

Surface Assessment & Quote

We evaluate the full extent of damage โ€” crack width and depth, surface condition, subsurface stability, and total area. You receive an itemized quote showing every service, add-on, and cost before any work is scheduled. No obligation, no guesswork.

2

Deep Pressure Wash & Surface Prep

Everything starts with a clean surface. We pressure wash at the correct PSI for your material, treat oil stains with degreaser, clear away loose debris from cracks, and let the surface dry fully before any repair or resurfacing begins. Prep is everything in restoration work.

3

Crack Repair & Structural Stabilization

Each crack is routed, cleaned, and filled with the correct material โ€” flexible polymer for asphalt, rigid filler for concrete, or a hybrid compound for complex surfaces. We work from the worst damage first and allow proper cure time before proceeding to resurfacing.

4

Resurfacing & Add-On Application

We apply the resurfacing compound in smooth, even passes matched to your existing finish. If you’ve added sealcoating, decorative finishes, or anti-slip coating, these are applied in sequence as part of the same visit so you don’t need a second crew out.

5

Cure, Walkthrough & Handoff

We monitor initial cure, clean the surrounding area, and walk the full surface with you before calling the job complete. You get a written summary of what was done, what materials were used, and how long to keep vehicles off the surface. 1-Year labor warranty confirmed in writing.

How Pricing Works

Driveway and sidewalk restoration pricing is based on your specific surface โ€” not a flat rate that over- or underestimates your situation.

What Shapes Your Quote

Four factors determine your restoration cost โ€” all itemized in your estimate before a single tool comes off the truck.

  • 1

    Total Surface Area

Square footage of your driveway, sidewalks, and any additional surfaces included in the job. Larger areas cost more but often benefit from volume efficiencies that reduce per-square-foot cost.

  • 2

    Number & Severity of Cracks

Surface damage drives labor time more than anything else. A single hairline crack is quick. A network of deep, rooted cracks across an entire driveway takes proportionally more material and time to address properly.

  • 3

    Existing Condition & Surface Type

Concrete, asphalt, pavers, and stone all require different products and techniques. Heavily weathered or neglected surfaces also require more prep time before repair or resurfacing can begin.

  • 4

    Add-Ons Selected

Sealcoating, decorative finishes, and anti-slip coatings are priced separately and discounted when bundled with the base restoration package. Each is itemized clearly so you can include or skip individually.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you should know before scheduling your surface restoration.

How long does a driveway restoration take?

Most standard driveways are completed in a single day โ€” typically 4 to 8 hours depending on size, damage level, and which services are included. Larger properties or those with significant cracking may require a second visit for final sealing once repair compounds have fully cured. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate in the quote.

How long do I need to stay off the driveway after service?

For pressure washing and crack repair alone, foot traffic is typically fine within a few hours and vehicle traffic within 24 hours. For sealcoating and resurfacing, we recommend keeping vehicles off for 24โ€“72 hours depending on temperature and humidity. We provide written cure instructions specific to the materials used on your surface after every job.

Can you restore an asphalt driveway, or just concrete?

Both. Asphalt and concrete are our two most common driveway materials, and each requires a different approach โ€” different pressure settings, different filler compounds, and different sealants. We carry materials for both on every restoration truck. Pavers, brick, and natural stone surfaces are also within our scope.

How do I know if my driveway needs restoration or full replacement?

The key factor is subsurface integrity. If the base beneath the slab is still structurally sound, restoration is almost always the better option โ€” it’s faster, cheaper, and produces results that look just as good. If the base has shifted, collapsed, or been compromised by tree roots or drainage failures, replacement may be necessary. We assess and tell you honestly during the quote process, with no pressure either way.

How often should a driveway be sealed?

For concrete driveways, every 3โ€“5 years is a reasonable maintenance interval. Asphalt driveways benefit from sealing every 2โ€“3 years due to faster UV and weather degradation. Climate plays a big role โ€” harsher winters and hotter summers accelerate wear. We can build a recommended maintenance schedule into your quote so you know exactly when to plan your next service.

Will the repaired cracks be visible after restoration?

For most cracks, repaired areas will be significantly less visible than the open crack โ€” especially after resurfacing and sealing. Very wide or irregularly shaped cracks may leave a faint line even after repair, but this is cosmetic only and does not affect the structural or protective function of the repair. We’ll show you comparison photos from similar jobs during the quote process so you can set realistic expectations.
