How coverage works

Three ways we keep your building covered

Dedicated station coverage

One technician matched to your building on a consistent weekly visit schedule — the same person, showing up consistently, who gets to know your property. Not locked in: you approve coverage fresh every week and can request a change anytime.

Scheduled route coverage

A tech circuits your building alongside a handful of others on a fixed weekly schedule — a lighter-touch option for buildings that don’t need a full-time dedicated tech but still want consistent, recurring coverage.

On-demand mobile visits

Something comes up between visits? Request a mobile tech for a one-off job — touch-ups, blinds, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, specialty and construction cleaning, and other odds and ends.

The self-serve portal

Everything you need to manage it

No account manager required to get answers — it’s all in your portal, real-time.

Spend analytics & budget alerts

See spend by location, service type, and month. Set an optional monthly cap per location and get alerted before you’re surprised — alerts only, coverage is never blocked.

Photo-verified visits

Every visit — station, route, or mobile — comes with photo evidence of the completed work, plus optional checkpoint verification at key spots in your building.

Recurring supply ordering

Set a standing weekly, biweekly, or monthly supply order per location. It shows up as a line item on your regular invoice — no separate purchase order process.

Message your tech, or dispatch

In-app messaging straight to whoever is currently covering your building, plus a general line to NorTech dispatch for anything else.

Invoices & documents on demand

Download a PDF invoice for any billing period, plus your Certificate of Insurance, signed agreements, and inspection reports — whenever you need them.

Pick your own tech, every week

Choose who covers your building from an eligible pool, or let NorTech match you. If it’s not a fit, end the assignment and pick someone new — nothing is ever forced.
