Yes, any time from your portal. Downgrading keeps your original signup date; upgrading resets the monthly-unlock wait for your new tier.

Yes, any time — you keep your benefits through the end of your current billing period, no questions asked.

Membership replaces it with real, backend-enforced perks. Your referral credit still works, and is now spendable on any booking.

It doesn’t carry over — each membership year comes with its own free service to claim, and a new one becomes available when your next year starts.

Yes, with a first-time or referred-signup discount and your spendable referral credit — they stack automatically. It doesn’t apply on top of an advertised ad-promo price, since that price is already a special rate.

Your tier includes a set number of waived emergency/same-day fees each membership year (shown on your tier). Once you’ve used them, normal surge pricing applies again until your next membership year starts.

Any card Stripe supports. Your card on file is billed automatically on your monthly or annual cycle until you cancel.
