Most "holiday lighting" services in the Bay Area are a single visit: someone hangs lights you bought, and you're on your own for takedown, storage, and whatever's broken or missing next year. NorTech runs it as a managed seasonal program instead — Roofline Only for a clean eave display, Roofline + Landscaping to wrap the trees and bushes too, Full Display for yard figures and custom shapes, and a Commercial tier for storefronts, HOA common areas, and property managers who need multi-year coordination. Every tier is priced flat and installed by a background-checked, vetted local provider who brings the ladder, the clips, and the safety equipment your roof pitch and story count actually require.

You never touch a light, a ladder, or a storage tote

This is the part that makes it recurring instead of a once-a-year scramble: NorTech owns the lights, controllers, and hardware in your display, not you. Your provider installs in the November–early-December window before Bay Area storm season typically settles in, services any outage or storm damage while the display is up, then removes everything in January, inspects it, and stores it until next season. If you're happy with the look, the same design comes back automatically the following November — re-quoted and re-confirmed with you first, never silently re-billed. If you want changes, tell your provider before the next install and the design updates.

Commercial and HOA-managed properties get their own tier

Storefronts, office parks, and HOA common areas need holiday lighting installed and removed on a fixed schedule that doesn't depend on staff availability, and often at a scale a residential crew isn't equipped for. The Commercial tier is built for that: larger linear footage, coordination with property-management schedules, and contract terms that can span multiple seasons. If your HOA requires a design submitted for approval before installation, share those requirements when you book and your provider will build a compliant design around them.
