Event Setup & Teardown
in Menlo Park, CA

NorTech uses upfront pricing set by local pros, so you see the full price before you book in ZIP 94025 with no hourly surprises. Each local pro sets their own price, and each service quote reflects the specific work, so you can compare and approve the cost before a provider is scheduled.

Every job goes to a background-checked and insured independent provider. NorTech keeps work within California's $1,000 handyman exemption, and for larger projects that exceed that limit, it goes to bids from NorTech-verified licensed general contractors so the right pro handles the right scope.

Yes. Pre-listing punch lists are one of the most common reasons Menlo Park homeowners book, especially in the competitive Peninsula market. Enter your Menlo Park ZIP — Allied Arts, Sharon Heights and every nearby neighborhood are covered, choose Event Setup & Teardown, and you'll see a price before you commit. Your card is held for the price at booking and only charged once the work is finished — the whole booking takes under two minutes.

Every independent provider on the platform is vetted and background-checked before they're allowed to take a job. Our before/after photo documentation gives Menlo Park homeowners a permanent record of every repair — valuable for property records and insurance.
