Fireplace & Chimney Removal
in Concord, CA

NorTech uses pricing set by local pros, so you see the full price before you book — no hourly surprises and no upsells. A general handyman visit in the 94520 area starts at a price, and every quote is locked in before any work begins.

Yes. Every job is handled by background-checked and insured independent providers. NorTech keeps work within California's $1,000 handyman exemption, and for larger projects that exceed it, you're bid on by NorTech-verified licensed general contractors.

Absolutely. Many post-war ranches and mid-century homes in Concord lose efficiency through aging seals, so weatherproofing and caulking around windows, doors, and siding is one of the most common reasons local homeowners book — it helps with both hot valley summers and wet winters.

Enter your Concord ZIP — Todos Santos / Downtown Concord, Dana Estates and every nearby neighborhood are covered, choose Fireplace & Chimney Removal, and you'll see a price before you commit. Your card is held for the price at booking and only charged once the work is finished — the whole booking takes under two minutes.

Every independent provider on the platform is vetted and background-checked before they're allowed to take a job. Providers treat every Concord job the same way they treat every Atherton job — with full professionalism and documentation.

Your pro does. Every job in Concord carries the pro's workmanship warranty, never shorter than the published minimum (at least 30 days, and at least 90 on tile, flooring, doors, and windows), and anything covered that isn't right gets corrected by your pro at no charge.
