Mulching & Bed Refresh
in Berkeley, CA

NorTech uses pricing set by local pros, so you see the full price before you book, with no hourly surprises. A general handyman visit in Berkeley starts at a price, and every quote is upfront whether you're in Elmwood, the Hills, or near Fourth Street.

Every job is handled by a background-checked and insured independent provider. NorTech keeps work within California's $1,000 handyman exemption, and for larger projects that require a licensed contractor, it goes to bids from NorTech-verified licensed contractors so the job is done right.

Yes. Because the Berkeley Hills fall in a WUI fire zone, ember-prep is a major fall priority, and vetted local providers can install ember-resistant vent screening, clear defensible space, and seal gaps to help harden your home before fire season.

Pricing is up-front and shown before you commit — enter your Berkeley ZIP — Elmwood, North Berkeley and every nearby neighborhood are covered, pick Mulching & Bed Refresh, and the price is right there. Your card is held for the price at booking and only charged once the job is done.
