Bathroom Refresh
in Berkeley, CA

NorTech uses pricing set by local pros, so you see the full price before you book, with no hourly surprises. A general handyman visit in Berkeley starts at a price, and every quote is upfront whether you're in Elmwood, the Hills, or near Fourth Street.

Every job is handled by a background-checked and insured independent provider. NorTech keeps work within California's $1,000 handyman exemption, and for larger projects that require a licensed contractor, it goes to bids from NorTech-verified licensed contractors so the job is done right.

Yes. Because the Berkeley Hills fall in a WUI fire zone, ember-prep is a major fall priority, and vetted local providers can install ember-resistant vent screening, clear defensible space, and seal gaps to help harden your home before fire season.

Pricing is up-front and shown before you commit — enter your Berkeley ZIP — Elmwood, North Berkeley and every nearby neighborhood are covered, pick Bathroom Refresh, and the price is right there. Your card is held for the price at booking and only charged once the job is done.
