NorTech Interior Cleaning Services — Mega Master FAQ Hub
Professional Cleaning Solutions for a Spotless, Fresh, and Healthy Indoor Space
At NorTech, interior cleaning goes far beyond surface tidy-ups. We restore hygiene, reduce allergens, protect finishes and appliances, and leave your space comfortable and presentable. This hub answers everything customers ask — from scheduling and prep to technical questions about duct cleaning, stains, mold, and warranty coverage.
General Cleaning Questions
Understanding the scope and value of professional cleaning helps you choose the right service. Below are the broad questions most customers ask, with detailed answers and guidance.
How often should I schedule professional interior cleaning?
There’s no single answer — it depends on occupancy, pets, allergies, and use. Typical guidelines:
Weekly / Bi-weekly — homes with busy households, childcare, or short-term rentals. Keeps visible dirt and allergens under control.
Monthly — moderate-traffic homes and small offices.
Quarterly / Seasonal deep cleans — for thorough refresh, especially before holidays or after a busy season.
On-demand — post-renovation, move-in/move-out, or after events.
We evaluate your needs and can propose a tailored recurring schedule to balance budget and cleanliness.
Do I need professional cleaning if I vacuum and dust regularly?
Yes — routine household cleaning prevents surface buildup but often misses embedded dust, allergens in ducts, appliance interiors, high vertical surfaces (ceiling fans, light fixtures), and deep fabric soils. Pros use commercial vacuums with HEPA filtration, hot-water extraction, and surface-safe solutions that remove contaminants without damaging materials.
Can professional cleaning help with allergies or asthma?
Absolutely. Professional services reduce dust mites, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores — especially when combined (carpet/upholstery cleaning + duct/vent cleaning + HEPA vac). Results vary by severity, but many clients report measurable symptom relief and better indoor air quality.
Are NorTech cleaners background checked and insured?
Yes. All NorTech technicians are background-screened, trained, and covered by liability insurance. We follow strict safety and confidentiality practices for homes and commercial sites.
What if something gets damaged during cleaning?
NorTech is fully insured. Any accidental damage is documented, addressed promptly, and repaired or compensated. Fragile items are treated with utmost care, and we recommend moving highly delicate pieces beforehand.
Can I request one-time or recurring cleaning services?
Yes. NorTech accommodates both one-time deep cleans and recurring schedules, customized to your needs. Recurring services may offer discounted rates for long-term clients.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for pets and children?
Absolutely. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible. For sensitive areas or allergy-prone individuals, we can customize products and techniques for maximum safety.
Do I need to prepare my space before the team arrives?
Minimal prep is needed. Clear walkways, fragile items, or large furniture are appreciated but not required—our team can move light furniture and handle obstacles professionally.
Do you bring your own tools and supplies?
Yes. Our team comes fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning tools, vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, and safe cleaning solutions—no need for customer-provided equipment.
Can you handle specialized or hard-to-clean areas?
Yes. We clean ceiling fans, high windows, vents, baseboards, appliances, and more. Specialty requests can be added to your service plan, including deep scrubbing of grout, mold-prone areas, and upholstery detailing.
Do you offer odor remediation (smoke, pet, mildew)?
Yes. We use a layered approach: deep cleaning (surfaces and fabrics), HEPA air filtration, ozone or hydroxyl treatments where appropriate and safe (only in unoccupied spaces, per industry safety), and targeted enzyme treatments for organic odors. We evaluate source and may recommend repairs for ongoing issues.
Standard & Deep Cleaning
Standard cleaning maintains daily order; deep cleaning addresses hidden grime, scale, and buildup. You can combine both.
What’s included in standard cleaning services?
Standard (recurring) includes:
– Dusting surfaces and furniture tops
– Vacuuming carpets and rugs; sweeping & mopping hard floors
– Kitchen: wipe counters, exterior of appliances, sink, cabinet faces, – quick microwave clean
– Bathrooms: sanitize toilets, sinks, counters, light fixtures, mirrors, shower/tub light wipe
– Trash removal and spot-clean high-touch surfaces (switches, doorknobs)
It’s designed for maintenance; not meant for heavy soil removal or deep appliance cleaning unless specified.
What’s included in deep cleaning services?
Deep cleans are comprehensive:
– Full scrubbing of bathrooms (tile grout, scale removal)
– Baseboards, vents, windowsills, door frames, interior of lower cabinets
– Move light furniture to clean underneath (with care)
– Detailed kitchen: oven interior, refrigerator interior (on request), range hood degrease, behind appliances
– High-reach cleaning: ceiling fans, crown moldings, light fixtures (where safely accessible)
– Spot treatment of stains, scuffs, and more intensive floor care (buffing, stripping/sealing if requested)
Deep cleans are recommended seasonally or for first-time customers.
Can I combine standard and deep cleaning in one visit?
Yes. We offer blended packages and add-on line items so one visit can handle maintenance plus a targeted deep-clean area (e.g., deep bathroom + standard elsewhere). We’ll provide a time estimate and itemized quote based on scope.
How long does each cleaning take?
Depends on space size and service level:
Standard cleaning: 2–4 hours per typical home or office space
Deep cleaning: 4–8 hours per typical home; larger spaces require scheduling estimates
Can I customize what is included in a cleaning?
Yes. Clients can prioritize certain areas, add or remove tasks, or request specialized treatments for high-traffic or delicate surfaces.
How do you ensure thoroughness?
Every cleaning follows a detailed checklist. Supervisors review work, and photos/documentation may be used for larger projects. Client feedback ensures expectations are met every time.
Move-In, Move-Out & Post-Renovation Cleaning
Transition smoothly into a new home or refresh your property after construction.
How is move-in/move-out cleaning different from standard cleaning?
These services are comprehensive. They include deep cleaning of floors, walls, appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, windows, and vents, plus debris removal. Post-renovation cleaning adds dust, paint, and debris extraction from all surfaces.
How long does move-in/move-out cleaning take?
Depends on square footage and condition. Example: a clean 2-3 bed/2 bath home typically 2–4 hours; heavily soiled or large properties longer. We give a pre-service estimate and adjust after on-site assessment.
Can you remove construction dust effectively?
Yes. We use HEPA-filter vacuums, microfiber cloths, and specialized techniques to capture fine dust, preventing it from settling again.
What does post-renovation cleaning include?
Multi-stage cleaning: rough removal of debris, detailed dusting of all surfaces (including high/vertical surfaces), cleaning of fixtures and hardware, HVAC filter changes and duct cleaning if required, grinding/removal of adhesive residue, and final buff/wax/floor finish where relevant. We coordinate with trades to avoid damage.
How does post-renovation cleaning help after construction work?
Renovations leave dust, drywall debris, sawdust, adhesive residue, and smudges throughout the home. NorTech removes all construction residue from floors, counters, windows, vents, and surfaces, leaving a clean, safe, and presentable space ready to occupy.
Do you provide post-construction window cleaning?
Yes. We remove drywall dust, paint splatter, adhesive, and sticker residue using safe plastic scrapers and non-abrasive pads — never metal blades that risk scratching tempered glass.
When can you clean after construction?
We usually clean once the site is safe and all trades are finished. Early cleaning prevents dust embedding in paint, grout, and seals.
Are cleaning chemicals safe for new flooring and painted surfaces?
We select cleaners based on surface compatibility—wood, laminate, tile, carpet, and freshly painted walls are treated safely with professional-grade products.
Can you clean upholstery and carpets affected by renovation dust?
Yes. We offer carpet and upholstery deep-cleaning as part of post-renovation services, removing dust, stains, and odors for a fresh start.
How long before the space is ready to move in after cleaning?
Typically, areas are ready immediately after cleaning. Ventilation may be recommended if strong cleaners or disinfectants are used.
Appliance, Kitchen, and Bathroom Cleaning
Achieve hygienic, safe, and sparkling functional spaces.
What’s included in kitchen cleaning?
Standard: wipe counters, sink, cabinet exteriors, microwave interior, stove top, and floors. Deep or add-on: oven interior (degrease and clean), refrigerator interior (remove shelves/drawers and sanitize), range hood degrease, behind/under movable appliances, and tile grout cleaning.
How does appliance cleaning help performance?
Grease and debris reduce oven efficiency and can impair ventilation systems; condenser coils (fridge) clogged with dust reduce cooling efficiency and increase energy use. Cleaning often extends life and reduces repair calls.
Can NorTech clean commercial kitchen equipment?
Yes — certified staff follow local health code best practices, safely degreasing hoods, cleaning filters, sanitizing prep surfaces, and removing grease buildup in compliance with regulations. For commercial fryers, ovens and hood systems we follow manufacturer and code requirements (additional service level needed).
Which appliances can you clean?
Refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, range hoods, and small appliances. Interior cleaning of accessible parts is included; we do not disassemble complicated machinery without prior arrangement.
How do you handle grease and grime in kitchens?
We use degreasing solutions safe for surfaces, scrubbing cabinets, counters, backsplashes, and appliances without damage. Stainless steel, ceramic, and laminate surfaces are treated with appropriate products.
Can you remove odors from kitchens or bathrooms?
Yes. Using enzymatic cleaners and deodorizing techniques, we neutralize odors without leaving harmful residues.
What’s included in bathroom cleaning?
Thorough sanitation of toilets, tubs/showers, sinks, counters, mirrors; tile and grout scrubbing (deep service), descaling fixtures, and disinfecting high-touch areas. We use EPA-registered disinfectants where recommended.
Can bathrooms be sanitized safely for kids and pets?
Yes. We use EPA-approved disinfectants that are safe and effective, while ensuring residual moisture is removed to prevent slips or mold growth.
Do you clean grout and tile?
Yes. Grout is scrubbed using gentle brushes and cleaners suited to the material. Tile is treated for soap scum, water stains, and discoloration.
Can NorTech remove mold and mildew?
We remove surface mold and mildew safely and treat the area with anti-microbial cleaners. However, if mold is widespread, penetrating materials, or caused by active leaks, remediation (containment, removal of affected materials) by a certified mold remediation company is required. NorTech will identify suspected issues and recommend remediation or coordinate with specialists.
How do you prevent mold regrowth?
We remove residue, dry surfaces, and recommend fixes: improve ventilation, repair leaks, replace damaged grout/caulk, or install/repair exhaust fans. Follow-up inspections and seasonal cleaning reduce recurrence.
Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Care
Soft surfaces trap soils, oils, and allergens — professional care restores appearance and prolongs life.
How often should carpets and upholstery be cleaned?
Typical recommendations:
– High-traffic / pets / kids: every 3–6 months
– Typical households-: every 6–12 months
– Commercial settings: monthly to quarterly depending on traffic
We tailor intervals to use, allergies, and fabric type.
What methods do you use (steam, dry, low-moisture)?
We use professional hot-water extraction (steam cleaning) for deep soil removal and low-moisture encapsulation for quick turnaround needs. Method depends on fiber type, manufacturer recommendations, and stain level. We never over-wet delicate materials.
Can you remove old stains and odors?
Many common stains (food, wine, pet urine, oil) can be substantially removed with targeted pre-treatment, enzymatic cleaners for biological stains, and hot-water extraction. Some permanent dyes or set-in solvents may not be fully removable; we’ll provide realistic expectations after inspection. For pet urine we perform odor neutralization and will recommend corrective action if padding or subfloor is contaminated.
Are cleaning solutions safe for children and pets?
Yes — we use low-VOC, biodegradable detergents and EPA-registered sanitizers on request. We’ll advise on re-entry times and any precautions for sensitive occupants.
Do you offer fabric protection or Scotchgard-type treatments?
Yes — optional protectants repel oils and stains and extend time between cleanings. We recommend application after a professional deep clean.
Do carpets really need professional cleaning?
Yes. Carpets trap dust, allergens, pet dander, and spills that regular vacuuming cannot remove. Professional cleaning restores appearance and prolongs lifespan.
Air Ducts, Vents & HVAC-Adjacent Cleaning
Cleaning ducts and vents improves air quality and HVAC efficiency — but it must be done correctly.
Do air ducts and vents really need professional cleaning?
Yes in certain circumstances: visible mold growth, pest infestation, consistent dust emanating from vents, recent renovation generating dust, or allergic occupants. Routine duct cleaning every 3–5 years is common; more frequent if heavy dust, pets, or smokers present.
What does professional duct cleaning involve?
NorTech uses source-capture vacuums (HEPA-rated) plus agitation tools and brushes to dislodge debris, cleaning registers, grilles, coils (if accessible), and the main trunk lines. We avoid crude methods that push dust deeper. We also sanitize surfaces when requested.
Will cleaning ducts reduce my energy bills?
If ducts are heavily clogged or blower coils are dirty, cleaning can improve airflow and efficiency; savings depend on condition. Proper sealing of leaks and insulation improvements yield larger energy savings.
Can duct cleaning remove mold?
Duct cleaning removes surface mold, but persistent mold indicates moisture problems (condensation, leaks). We treat surfaces and advise on mitigation; significant contamination of duct material may require component replacement and remediation.
Can you clean both air ducts and vents?
Yes. We remove dust, debris, mold spores, and allergens from ductwork and vents, improving HVAC efficiency and indoor air quality.
Are your methods safe for all HVAC systems?
Yes. We follow manufacturer guidelines and use HEPA-filter vacuums and safe cleaning solutions compatible with residential and commercial systems.
Office, Restaurant & Vacation Rental Cleaning
Intro: Clean, professional spaces increase comfort, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
How do you handle high-traffic commercial spaces?
We schedule around operating hours, use commercial-grade equipment, and focus on high-touch surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment with minimal disruption.
Can you handle restaurant kitchen cleaning?
Yes. We specialize in grease removal, floor scrubbing, appliance cleaning, and compliance with health standards.
Can NorTech handle recurring commercial contracts?
Yes — we create SLAs (service-level agreements) with scopes, frequencies, and KPIs (e.g., restroom check frequency, disinfectant protocols, inventory restocking). We assign dedicated teams for larger accounts.
Do you handle turnovers for vacation rentals or short-term rentals?
Yes — we specialize in tight-turnaround turnovers: fast, reliable cleaning, linen handling (if requested), restocking of basics, and inspection checklists. We can coordinate with property managers and provide same-day service in many areas.
What does office cleaning cover?
Desks (non-sensitive items moved by staff), breakrooms sanitized, restrooms deep-cleaned and disinfected, trash removal, vacuuming, floor care, and high-touch surface sanitation (door handles, conference room equipment). Additional services: window cleaning, carpet extraction, and specialized kitchen hood cleaning for restaurants.
Are office electronics and equipment safe during cleaning?
Yes. We use dry or low-moisture methods around sensitive equipment and coordinate with clients for delicate items.
Interior Window & Seasonal Cleaning
Windows and seasonal deep-care keep interiors bright and reduce maintenance.
What’s included in interior window cleaning?
NorTech’s standard service covers:
– Cleaning glass panes inside the property (streak-free finish using professional-grade squeegees and microfiber cloths)
– Wiping frames, ledges, tracks, and sills
– Removing dust and buildup around locks and handles
– Cleaning screens (if detachable)
Deep service can include blind dusting, screen washing, and removing light paint or adhesive residue.
Do you clean both sides of the glass?
Standard interior cleaning covers only the inside surfaces. Exterior glass cleaning can be added if windows are safely reachable from ground level or balconies. Multi-story or high exterior windows require our specialized exterior window cleaning team for safety and insurance compliance.
How do you handle blinds, curtains, or window treatments?
We can dust or wipe blinds and wipe down curtain rods as an add-on service. For fabric drapes or heavy blinds, we recommend our Fabric & Upholstery Cleaning team for proper care using fabric-safe methods.
Can you remove hard water stains or mineral deposits?
Yes — in most cases. We use specialty descaling solutions that safely dissolve mineral buildup without scratching the glass. Severe or etched stains caused by long-term exposure may require glass polishing or replacement; we’ll assess before starting.
Do you clean window screens too?
Yes. Screens are carefully removed, washed with mild detergent and water, rinsed, and reinstalled once dry. Clean screens help airflow and reduce dust recirculation inside your home.
Will your cleaners drip water or damage flooring or furniture near windows?
Never. We use protective drop cloths, absorbent towels, and minimal water methods. Our technicians are trained to safeguard walls, trim, and flooring throughout the cleaning process.
How do you clean high or hard-to-reach windows indoors?
We use extendable poles, ladders, and safety gear to access high interior glass — such as stairwell, vaulted ceiling, or skylight windows. For extremely high or glass-ceiling areas, we may recommend a specialized access crew or telescopic system.
Can you clean skylights and glass partitions?
Yes. Interior skylights and glass room dividers are included upon request. These often need specialized poles, so let us know during booking to ensure proper equipment and time allocation.
What causes streaks or haze on windows after cleaning?
Streaks typically result from residue buildup (old cleaners, smoke film, or hard water). NorTech uses professional-grade squeegees, pure water, and microfiber polishing to leave glass clear and streak-free. If streaking occurs within 24 hours, we’ll re-polish at no charge.
How often should interior windows be cleaned?
Most households benefit from every 3–6 months. Homes near traffic, construction zones, or with smokers or pets may need more frequent service. For offices or storefronts, monthly cleaning is ideal to maintain professional appearance.
Do you use eco-friendly or non-toxic products?
Yes. We use biodegradable, ammonia-free solutions safe for kids, pets, and tinted glass. Customers with chemical sensitivities can request our Green Cleaning option with plant-based detergents.
Can you clean during rainy or humid weather?
Yes — interior cleaning is unaffected by weather. For exterior work, we avoid heavy rain or wind for safety, but light rain does not impact results since we use pure water and professional drying techniques.
What if a window is damaged or cracked during cleaning?
Our technicians inspect all glass before work begins. If damage pre-exists, it’s documented. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, NorTech is fully insured and will handle replacement or repair per our service warranty.
How do you handle windows behind furniture or built-ins?
We request that clients clear heavy obstacles before arrival. Our team can move light, manageable furniture with care but cannot move pianos, aquariums, or large electronics. For those, we’ll clean reachable areas and advise alternate access methods.
What kind of results should I expect after my first professional window cleaning?
Expect brighter, clearer rooms with reduced glare and noticeably fresher air. Frames, sills, and tracks will be free of dust buildup, and glass will stay cleaner longer due to residue-free solutions
What is seasonal cleaning, and why is it important?
Seasonal cleaning resets your home for changing weather or holidays, addressing dust, allergens, hidden dirt, and neglected corners. Services may include deep cleaning, window care, appliance attention, and preparation for winter or summer.
What is included in seasonal cleaning?
Deep dusting, vent cleaning, window washing, floor care, and focus on neglected areas like behind furniture, baseboards, and appliances.
How does seasonal cleaning differ from regular deep cleaning?
Seasonal cleaning targets areas affected by environmental changes—pollen in spring, dust in winter, leaves in fall—preparing the space for the new season.
Can seasonal cleaning be combined with other services?
Yes. Many clients combine seasonal cleaning with carpet/upholstery care, appliance cleaning, or post-renovation refreshes for efficiency.
Client Experience, Safety & Service Policies
At NorTech, we believe professional service is about more than results — it’s about safety, transparency, and reliability from start to finish. This guide covers everything clients commonly ask about our products, certifications, scheduling, warranties, and procedures, so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.
Safety, Products & Certifications
What cleaning products do you use?
NorTech uses low-VOC, biodegradable detergents as standard for all residential jobs. Upon request, we can use EPA-registered disinfectants for sanitizing or enzyme-based solutions for organic stains (like pet odors or food spills). For delicate finishes (like natural stone, hardwood, or fabric), we always use manufacturer-approved, pH-balanced products. Clients with allergies or sensitivities can request a full list of ingredients before service.
Can I request eco-friendly or hypoallergenic cleaning?
Absolutely. Specify your preference at booking, and we’ll use products and methods that meet your health and environmental standards.
Are your technicians certified or trained?
Yes — NorTech staff are trained and certified in their respective trades. For cleaning and restoration work, we hold IICRC certifications (for carpet, upholstery, and odor removal). For renovation or repainting jobs, we comply with EPA Lead-Safe Renovation standards. Every technician receives continuous training in both safety and surface-specific care.
Do you follow infection-control or COVID-era cleaning standards?
Absolutely. NorTech continues to use enhanced sanitation practices, including PPE use, surface disinfection, and air purification options. For medical, educational, or childcare environments, we adhere to CDC and engineering-grade air quality guidelines upon request.
Pricing, Scheduling & Memberships
How are jobs priced?
We provide transparent, itemized quotes based on project scope, materials, and time required. Standard home services are available in flat-rate packages (Basic, Deluxe, Ultimate) for predictability, while custom or complex work (repairs, restorations, multi-service projects) is priced after a quick site evaluation. Every quote is approved before we begin.
Can I bundle multiple cleaning services?
Yes. Bundling often reduces cost per service and streamlines scheduling. For example, combine deep cleaning, carpet care, and air duct cleaning in one appointment.
Do you charge hourly or by project?
Both — depending on the task.
– Recurring or membership cleanings use flat-rate pricing for simplicity.
– Specialty or one-time projects (like deep cleaning, post-renovation, or seasonal prep) are usually priced per project to reflect exact labor and materials.
Do you offer memberships or maintenance plans?
Yes! Our tiered NorTech Memberships make upkeep effortless.
Members enjoy:
– Priority scheduling
– Discounts on add-ons
– Extended workmanship warranties
– Scheduled seasonal visits
– Exclusive offers and upgrades
Each tier adds value — from Basic Annual Care to full Premium Maintenance coverage.
Do you bill commercial clients differently?
Commercial and property management clients receive custom contracts with monthly or NET-30 invoicing, service-level agreements (SLAs), and dedicated account support. We can provide Certificates of Insurance, WCB/WSIB compliance documents, and references upon request.
Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning?
Yes. Subject to availability, our mobile team can respond quickly for urgent cleaning needs, including spills, post-event, or unexpected messes.
How do I schedule a cleaning appointment?
You can book online via our website, call, or text us. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate your preferred date and time.
Preparation & What to Expect
How should I prepare before the team arrives?
Please clear fragile items, declutter workspaces, and secure pets. For larger furniture or heavy items, let us know in advance so we can allocate a two-person crew if needed. Point out any areas of concern (stains, damage, or sensitive surfaces) so our team can address them safely.
Do I need to be home during service?
For the first visit, we recommend being home for a quick walkthrough and scope confirmation. For recurring or membership services, clients often provide lockbox access codes or scheduled entry permissions — all handled securely through our system.
What happens during the service visit?
– Team arrives in uniform and conducts a brief walkthrough.
– We confirm your priorities and start the work.
– All work is performed using protective gear, drop cloths, and approved tools.
Final inspection and walkthrough are completed, followed by an electronic Service Report and before/after photos if requested.
Warranties, Guarantees & Claims
What guarantees come with cleaning and maintenance services?
NorTech stands behind every job with a Satisfaction Guarantee — if something isn’t right, call within 48 hours, and we’ll re-service the area free of charge. Members receive extended satisfaction windows, priority callbacks, and warranty perks tied to their membership tier.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
NorTech stands by our work. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll return promptly to correct any issue—no excuses, no hidden conditions.
What if cleaning reveals damage or pre-existing issues?
Our technicians document surface conditions before starting. If we discover pre-existing damage (such as hidden stains, rust, or water intrusion), we’ll stop and inform you immediately. While we’re not responsible for undisclosed or hidden defects, we’ll always advise on safe repair or referral options transparently.
Are materials or parts under warranty?
Yes. All materials supplied by NorTech are covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty, and our workmanship guarantee covers installation or labor quality. Warranty duration depends on your membership tier and service type (standard jobs include 90-day coverage; extended coverage applies to select packages).
Can you provide documentation for insurance or damage claims?
Yes — we offer photo evidence, invoices, and written reports suitable for insurance, landlord, or warranty claims. For disaster restoration or water damage cleanup, we coordinate directly with adjusters upon request.
Cancellations, Access & Billing
What is your cancellation policy?
To keep our schedule fair for all clients, cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late or same-day cancellations may incur a small fee. For recurring members, one courtesy reschedule per quarter is included at no cost.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, e-transfers, ACH (for commercial accounts), and select digital wallets. Membership clients can choose auto-billing for scheduled services. All receipts and invoices are sent electronically for your records.
What happens if technicians can’t access a locked area?
Our team will attempt to contact you right away. If access isn’t possible, we’ll proceed with the rest of the scheduled work and document the missed area. A return visit can be booked easily — and members receive discounted return access fees.
Can you provide documentation for insurance or damage claims?
Yes — we offer photo evidence, invoices, and written reports suitable for insurance, landlord, or warranty claims. For disaster restoration or water damage cleanup, we coordinate directly with adjusters upon request.
Edge Cases & Extra Questions
Can you clean antiques, artwork, or musical instruments?
We clean around high-value or delicate items with extreme care but do not directly treat fine art, instruments, or antiques without client consent. When needed, we partner with specialized conservators for safe handling.
Do you provide green or allergen-free packages?
Yes — our Green & Hypoallergenic Service Line uses certified eco-friendly products and HEPA-filtered vacuums to reduce airborne dust and allergens. It’s ideal for homes with babies, pets, or respiratory sensitivities.
How do you handle pest-contaminated or biohazard areas?
If active infestations (like bed bugs or rodents) are discovered, we pause cleaning and refer licensed pest control first. Once cleared, our Sanitization & Restoration team handles deep decontamination safely and discreetly.
Will cleaning harm electronics, finishes, or fixtures?
Never. Our teams use non-conductive tools, dry methods, and protective barriers around electronics and specialty surfaces. We’ll always request permission before moving or cleaning high-value items.
