This policy provides peace of mind and protection for our customers, ensuring that all repairs and installations are completed correctly, safely, and professionally.
What Is Covered Under Our Labor Warranty?
NorTech guarantees that any repair, installation, or service performed by our approved technicians will be free from defects in workmanship for 1 Year from the date the service is completed.
If any issues arise due to improper workmanship during this 1-Year period, NorTech will correct them at no additional labor cost.
This guarantee covers:
Errors in workmanship related to the service we provided. This includes mistakes made during installation, repair, or setup—anything that prevents the service from functioning as intended due to how the work was performed.
Labor required to correct defects caused by improper installation or repair. If a task wasn’t completed accurately, safely, or according to professional standards, we will fix the labor-related issue at no charge.
Craftsmanship-related concerns directly tied to our work. If the quality or finish of our work results in a problem—such as loose connections, improper assembly, or incomplete labor—we will address it.
Examples
Example 1 : We installed a faucet that leaks from connections we made → We fix it free
Example 2 : We repaired a drywall hole but it cracks again due to improper technique → We re-repair free
Example 3 : We painted walls but paint is peeling due to improper prep → We repaint properly free
Example 4 : We installed electrical outlet improperly creating fire hazard → We correct to code free
This guarantee does NOT cover:
✖ Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or external factors. Examples include accidents, weather conditions, improper handling, pest damage, flooding, or any event outside our control.
✖ Issues related to materials, parts, or equipment NOT supplied by NorTech. If a customer-provided part fails, or if a third-party component contributes to the issue, it is not covered under our labor warranty.
✖ Service requests outside the original scope of work. Any additional tasks, upgrades, modifications, or new issues unrelated to the initial service are not included and may require a separate service quote.
Examples
Example 1 : Paint fading after 3 years of sun exposure → Not covered (normal wear)
Example 2 : Tree falls on roof we recently repaired → Not covered (external cause)
Example 3 : You overload electrical circuit we installed → Not covered (misuse)
Example 4 : We installed your faucet but the faucet itself fails → Not covered (we didn’t supply it)
Example 5 : We repaired kitchen plumbing, now bathroom has leak → Not covered (different issue)
Example 6 : You hired someone else to “improve” our installation → Warranty voided
Service Eligibility & Exclusions
Eligible Services: The Labor Warranty applies exclusively to home services and select automotive services that are booked and paid for through the NorTech platform.
Automotive Exclusions: Automotive services involving repairs or maintenance, including roadside assistance and vehicle-related solutions, are excluded from this Labor Warranty.
Emergency Service Exclusion: Emergency services are not covered under this Warranty. These services operate under urgent-response protocols that prioritize immediate assistance and safety over satisfaction-based service adjustments.
This policy ensures clear expectations, fair use, and consistent service quality while allowing NorTech to maintain reliable operations and high professional standards.
How to File a Labor Warranty Claim
If you believe your service was not performed correctly and an issue arises within the 1 Year labor warranty period, follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact NorTech via our customer support team with details of the issue.
Step 2: Provide proof of service, including receipt and service documentation.
Step 3: NorTech will schedule a technician visit to assess and correct the workmanship issue at no additional labor cost.
Step 4: Repairs covered under this guarantee must be completed by a NorTech-approved technician to remain valid.
Note: To remain valid, all warranty-related corrections must be completed through NorTech by our authorized service providers.

At NorTech, every warranty claim is handled with professionalism, fairness, and accountability.
No Direct Payments to Service Providers – Customers must never pay technicians directly for guarantee-related repairs. All service corrections must be processed through NorTech to ensure quality control and transparency.
Guarantee Exclusivity – This 1-Year labor warranty is valid only through NorTech and cannot be transferred to any third-party providers.
Legal Compliance – This warranty complies with industry standards and consumer protection regulations, reinforcing NorTech’s commitment to service excellence.
