Step 1: Comprehensive Service Assessment (Before Work Begins)
Before any service is performed, NorTech conducts a detailed Service Assessment to ensure all parties are aligned.
We conduct a detailed service assessment that includes:
Clear explanation of the problem and solution
Specific scope of work defined
What’s included and what’s not
Transparent pricing breakdown
Opportunity to ask questions
You approve everything before we start.
Example:Plumbing repair quote states: “Replace leaking pipe section under kitchen sink, test for proper flow, clean work area.” This is the agreed scope.
Step 2: Service Completion — Done Right the First Time
Our certified technicians perform every service according to professional standards, safety guidelines, and the agreed scope of work. We take pride in delivering clean, accurate, and reliable results.
If adjustments are needed during the service to meet expectations within the approved scope, they are addressed before the job is considered complete.
After service completion, NorTech conducts a Post-Service Evaluation, which includes:
A quality review led by a NorTech inspector or quality representative
Verification that work was completed as outlined in the Service Assessment
Confirmation that the service is functioning as intended
Following this evaluation, customers receive a Customer Satisfaction Form.
72-Hour Customer Satisfaction Review Period
Customers are provided 72 calendar hours from service completion to submit feedback using the satisfaction form.
This window allows you time to:
Use the service under normal conditions
Test that everything works as expected
Identify any quality concerns
Report issues while they’re fresh
If feedback is received within this period and the concern falls within the original scope of work, NorTech will address the issue promptly and professionally.
Important Guidelines, Fair Use & Eligibility Policy
To ensure fairness, transparency, and a consistent service experience for all customers and technicians, the following guidelines apply to NorTech’s Satisfaction Guarantee:
72-Hour Feedback Window: Customer feedback must be submitted within 72 calendar hours of service completion using the official Customer Satisfaction Form.
Scope of Work Limitation: All concerns must relate directly to the original scope of work approved during the Service Assessment. Requests for upgrades, additional tasks, or changes outside the agreed service are not covered and may require a separate service quote.
Authorized Follow-Up Services Only: Any follow-up visits, adjustments, or corrections must be scheduled and completed through NorTech. Services performed outside our platform or by third parties are not eligible under this guarantee.
Acceptance by Non-Response: If no feedback is received within the 72-hour review period, the service will be considered completed, accepted, and satisfactory.
Service Eligibility & Exclusions
Eligible Services: The Satisfaction Guarantee applies exclusively to home services and select automotive services that are booked and paid for through the NorTech platform.
Automotive Exclusions: Automotive services involving repairs or maintenance, including roadside assistance and vehicle-related solutions, are excluded from this Satisfaction Guarantee.
Emergency Service Exclusion: Emergency services are not covered under this guarantee. These services operate under urgent-response protocols that prioritize immediate assistance and safety over satisfaction-based service adjustments.
This policy ensures clear expectations, fair use, and consistent service quality while allowing NorTech to maintain reliable operations and high professional standards.
