Late Cancellations โ Within 24 Hours
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee applies. This covers reserved labor, travel or preparation expenses, and lost service opportunities for other customers.

No-Show Policy
If our team arrives and the customer is unavailable, fails to provide required access, or cannot be reached, the appointment will be classified as a no-show.
