Key principle: With 24 hours’ notice, you can cancel or reschedule free of charge. This allows us to adjust schedules and serve other customers efficiently.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Advance Notice

To maintain fairness and operational efficiency, NorTech requires at least 24 hours’ notice before canceling a scheduled service.
Timely notice allows us to:

Reassign resources efficiently
Prevent scheduling conflicts
Maintain availability for other customers

To avoid fees: please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your service.


1.2 Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment:

A 30% cancellation fee will apply
Minimum charge: $75
Maximum charge: $300

Example: $400 service canceled 12 hours before → $120 fee (30%) $200 service canceled 18 hours before → $75 fee (minimum)

This fee helps offset costs related to:

Reserved labor and resources
Travel or preparation expenses
Lost service opportunities for other customers

1.3 No-Show Policy

If our team arrives and the customer is unavailable, or fails to provide required access or communication, the appointment will be classified as a no-show.

A 50% fee of the total service cost will apply.

Example: $300 service with no-show → $150 fee

This covers:

Travel expenses
Reserved time and labor
Preparation and setup already completed

Tip: Always confirm your availability or notify us of any access issues to avoid no-show fees.


1.4 Service Already Started

Once our team begins work, the following applies:

Why? Labor, materials, and time are already invested. Stopping mid-service still incurs most costs.

Example: $500 job, 30% complete when you ask to stop → $375 fee $500 job, 60% complete when stopped → $500 fee (full amount)


2. Rescheduling Policy

2.1 Advance Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

2.2 Late Rescheduling

Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a 30% rescheduling fee.

This helps cover reallocation and scheduling adjustment costs.

At NorTech, reliability matters. If your appointment is impacted by a technician cancellation, delay, or no-show, you are protected.

You’ll receive priority scheduling for the new appointment

Other situations approved at NorTech’s discretion

6. Policy Acknowledgment & Enforcement

By scheduling, enrolling in a membership, or subscribing to a recurring plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Failure to comply may result in:

Suspension of services or memberships
Denial of future service requests
Additional administrative fees
