All kinds of work

Pro Business for a cleaning company

Recurring homes, a crew that rotates, and codes to keep safe. Here is what to turn on, what a first week looks like, and the plan that usually fits. You set every price, and marketplace jobs stay free on every plan.

Your starting pack: Cleaning

Homes, offices and move-outs, one time or on a schedule. The pack adds 14 services across home cleaning, add-ons, commercial, time and trips, 3 job forms and 3 agreement starters. The services start with no prices: every price is yours to set, and you can rename or remove anything.

What matters most to you

  • Recurring job plans and annual reminders (from Business)
  • Door codes, pets and parking notes on every job (from Pro)
  • Crews and technicians (from Business)
  • Seasonal and win-back messages to your own customers by email and text (from Business)
  • A private page for each customer to see estimates, pay invoices and book again (from Pro)
  • Automatic review requests (from Pro)

A typical first week

  2. Enter door codes, pets, alarms and parking for each home in the access vault.
  3. Set up recurring plans so each home is on your calendar without re-booking.
  4. Invite your cleaners as technicians and give each one their route.
  5. Send each customer their private page to see visits, pay and book again.
